Ramona Cassar

Ramona is a leading Maltese tax and private client lawyer at WH Partners. She is ranked Band 1 for Tax in Malta by Chambers Europe 2026 and recognised by World Tax 2026 as Highly Regarded and a Women in Tax Leader.

Her work focuses on direct and indirect taxation, cross-border structuring, corporate reorganisations, tax disputes, wealth management, and international relocation. She is also active in the international tax community and lectures in advanced taxation at the University of Malta.
